Outline of what CCE do

• Teach music production
• Engage young people, get them networking with other musically minded people
• Allow young singers and emcees to showcase their talent
• Get kids off the streets
• Opportunity to record demos and have them mixed down for free
• Help with music portfolios
• Give help and advice on equipment for home studio set-up

Week 1 – 4 (Music Production)

• Music production classes
• How to use a sequencer e.g. Cubase (Technical side)
• Making an instrumental (Creative side)

Week 5 – 8 (Song Writing)

• Song writing classes
• Recording vocals
• Recording singing/emceeing vocals
• Mix down (Participants can be there to give suggestions or to see how a mix down is done)
• Advice on setting up a home studio

• Teaching recording techniques
• How to get yourself on radio
• Making a pod cast
