Tools To deliver services:

1) Ways to engage with young people in services: We use Centre for Creative expression as a method to engage young people in Leadership. Our creative team work to support other young people adopts media software training ie Photoshop training, we teach young people about design and using media technology.
Our young creative team have produced documentaries, and publicity materials for Poplar Harca and aim to promote this service to other key services

2) Peer Leadership Training forum includes: Understanding community development and project management, presentation skills, fundraising, governance, Team building, makes key decisions, organisational structures and development, problem solving, leading by example, empowering and motivating. We have a programme in which we train 10-15 young people per year to become Peer Leaders to deliver training to their peers, in the above areas. These provide members with the opportunity to learn how to develop skills on what it takes to be a good leader, we support members build confidence and look at ways to influence others and speak in public.

3) Services to support larger organisation: This includes engagement, Consultation, outreach, participation, Peer Leaders, Improving modes of communication to attract young people, making them user friendly.

4) Youth Empowerment: We offer to support other service providers adopt a youth empowerment policy; we do this by disseminating the LiC model of work. We offer a service where our young leaders can hired to offer support for other organisations run events, conferences in particular who want to develop work with young people, we title this LiC Manpower.
