a) Inspire young people and our peers to work together in a positive and creative way

b) Build our capacity to create a better functioning, better resource and better connected resident communities, which will involve young adults input in the daily running of a particular area.

c) It will increase our understanding of the complex issues and local agency history of the area (Tower Hamlets)

d) Therefore understand the mechanisms necessary to inform, influence and engage the support of services providers/local; agencies, policy makers and others in the wider community

e) Increase understanding and collaboration between different local cultural groups.
